What polish do you use?

We specialize in salon-grade soft gels and structured bases (BIAB/builder in a bottle) for a thin, durable finish that protects natural nails. Regular polish is available on request, and we have gentle/low-HEMA options—just ask at booking.

What colors do you have?

A curated palette from sheer nudes and French whites to seasonal brights and rich neutrals, plus shimmer and velvet-matte finishes. We can custom-mix tones and match inspo photos for special looks.

Can I select multiple colors?

• Yes—mix & match accents, gradients, French tips, or art per nail.

• Some designs add time/cost; we’ll confirm before we start so there are no surprises.

Do you do acrylics or dip?

We focus on structured soft gel/BIAB for a lighter feel and soak-off removal that’s kinder to natural nails. If you’re wearing acrylic or dip, we can provide a safe removal and transition you to gel.

What about pedicures?

• Hygienic, liner-protected baths with sterilized tools and gentle callus care for a clean, relaxing service.

• Long-wear gel or classic polish options; please tell us about any sensitivities so we can tailor your service.

What if my nails chip?

If gel chips within 5 days (hands) or 7 days (toes) under normal wear, contact us and we’ll schedule a complimentary fix. Breaks from impact or picking aren’t covered, but we’ll help with a tidy repair.

Do you offer services for kids?

Yes—mini manicures/pedicures for ages 12+ using gentle products; no cuticle cutting. A parent/guardian must be present for guests under 16.

Is e-file prep safe for my nails?

Yes—when performed by trained techs. We use low RPMs and fine-grit safety bits to remove only surface shine (never thinning the natural plate), keep the bit moving to prevent heat, and sanitize/sterilize tools between clients. Cuticle care is gentle and dry, and we can switch to manual prep if you’re sensitive. Result: better adhesion, thinner applications, and longer, more comfortable wear.
